I really like your thesis that progressives want complete government control and essentially a one party system

Biden has a beach house I guess worth over 10 million but democrats ask no questions

No corruption among democrats

I watched the movie yesterday

Very interesting movie as the character Jean Brodie was extremely complex narcissist

The constitution was created to prevent out of control elected officials

Biden keeps thumbing his nose at it then the Supreme Court gets dragged in to explain the constitution

The progressives think they know better but don’t bother to make amendments

Woodrow Wilson was very dangerous because he had the constitution amended to create federal reserve and the income tax and to have senators elected which makes them not much different than Congress

I remember high school teachers not understanding my goals of individual self improvement

Under progressive ideas all outcomes should be the same so why bother with self improvement

Equal outcomes

As Rudolf Steiner noted Equality, Liberty, Fraternity cannot be pursued simultaneously in all domains as they are contradictory

The person who invests in self improvement via Liberty will on average move ahead of others leading to financial inequality

So Steiner developed the idea of the Threefold Social Order as how to pursue the three in different domains political economic and social

For what it's worth, I communicate frequently and directly with progressives. I have progressive relatives. The movie is dramatized, but I see it as essentially true.
