Why do we discriminate based on age? Why is it acceptable? You know what happens if you discriminate based on race (depending on the race you discriminate against). You get cancelled. Same for gender.
But age discrimination? Have at it. Millennials ridicule Boomers, Boomers ridicule Gen Z, and so forth. No problem. The funny thing is, a person’s age is, well, an accident of birth. We have no more control over that than the color of our skin. So why is it OK to criticize a person for their age? What’s the point?
